They remove negative reviews. MANAGEMENT PLAYS FAVORITES WITH RESIDENTS AND IS RETALIATORY. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANYTHING HANGING ON PATIO/BALCONIES. MOST RESIDENTS TOOK THEIRS DOWN. SEVERAL DID NOT WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANYTHING HANGING ON THE WALLS IN THE HALLWAYS OR PERSONAL STUFF BUT MANY STILL DO. MANY DOG HATERS HERE. DOG RUN IS STILL UNLEVEL AND DANGEROUS TO WALK IN. FIRE ANT HILLS GALORE ALL OVER. UNKEPT LANDSCAPING. FILTHY HOUSEKEEPING, BASEBOARDS, ENTRANCE MATS, DOORS, WINDOWS. FIRE ALARMS STILL GOING OFF AT ALL ODD HOURS. RESIDENTS SMOKING IN THEIR APARTMENTS.

First those pictures are of the new complex Grands of Cibolo next door and not El Sereno. The furniture and deck around the pool is covered with bird droppings, there are no umbrellas. And we are still having fire alarms 5 years after opening.

I hope they fixed the alarms. They go off in the hallways and your room at Avery high decibel. The management was horrible and will lie about you rather than fix what is wrong. They do not care about tenants. I left almost 2 years ago so maybe it is better. Seniors. Really deserve much better treatment. Also that is not the actual property in the pictures.
